Parent-Adult-Child (PAC)

Improper parenting will undoubtedly have harmful consequences for children’s future behaviors and social norms. Many of these mistakes are not intentional and are even due to the love and compassion of the parents. Suffocation was a feeling I wanted to portray in this painting. This artwork’s simple and even wrong design and color scheme convey that the injured child may have drawn this work himself. I painted this artwork to remind parents of the essential role in raising their children. While creating this artwork, I was studying the theory of transactional analysis. It was interesting to me what significant and long-term effects minor parental behavior can have on children. As a result, parents need to be aware of the responsibility of raising their children properly.
