“The goat noticed the human inside him and improvised to find out why he was always inside, and he was sure the answer was in his mind.”
During my complementary military service in Tehran, I had the chance to visit many galleries and exhibitions in the city. It helps me better understand the meaning of art and painting. My discovery at the time was that aimlessness or ambiguity in an artwork is not a problem at all if this ambiguity is insightful; it even makes the work attractive. I realized that many of the rules laid down in our natural world are meaningless, and I do not have to follow many of these ideas. Unorthodox tasks in our society may have destructive consequences, but the world of paintings, unlike everywhere else, welcomes this opposite direction! These discoveries allowed me to draw everything I wanted on paper and without fear. The excellent result of these thoughts was that my creativity flared up again like in my childhood!
This artwork is an improvisation. The pen moved quite freely in my hand, and the result of the work was proof to me that connecting with my subconscious while creating an art piece and being released within myself would have an extraordinary impact on the viewer (even for myself).
